Please learn to schedule like Sears did. I have 9 appliances that I scheduled to be done in one day as I did with Sears for almost 20 years and you are now scheduling one per day. This is not logical or cost effective for you. AND, not good service for me as a customer as I have to take NINE days off to wait for service. Please plan accordingly.

The service was great the computer software to schedule the appt was not very good. Didnot sllow human interaction to ask questions or correct what your computer program did wrong That needs to be fixed Then sppt for friday got changed by computer without us asking for a change Going on line got a better time schedule Cutting corners is not good for your image
