Winfred was good (he's been out to work on our fridge before), but he wasn't a certified to work on our Range, which was what we ordered for the Preventative Maintenance. I don't see the point of sending someone out that isn't a specialist in the unit that is supposed to be worked on. I'd rather wait a few extra days for another tech that actually knows the technology to come out.

Unfortunately, the office personnel were incompetent, and could only speak in the exact words of their script, however inappropriate to my concerns. Three separate customer service reps either failed to enter my service request correctly, or lost it, and so I waited in vain for the repairman, or listed an incorrect price for the special of 2 "clean and maintenance' appliance requests. (She scheduled my washer for the morning, and my dryer as a separate service call in the afternoon!!)

Mr Khan was very informative & he check all the knobs on the Washing Machine turning it off & on and checking the inside of the machine. He answered all the questions that I asked. He did his job for what the appointment was for.
