Bobby was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me various features of the water pump system and how we could adjust it or shut it off or reignite it if needed. Definitely someone to have on your side!

Phone service terrible - Service from James exceptional

James our technician exceeded all expectations. However the phone service provided by the 1 800 4 my home number was very poor. It was impossible to reach a live agent on an existing repair to discuss any issues at all. To get to a live agent you had to redial the number and follow the tree for a new repair order to be able to talk with anyone. This process was one of the worst we have seen from a customer service perspective. We would be happy to discuss our experience with someone if the company really cares. I am doubtful, however, we will get a call back.
