Gary was very professional and did a fine job. My complaint is not being able to get a window for your technician to arrive, even a 4-hour window. Your 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. window means I have to waste the entire day. That is unacceptable to me. Sears used to give a 4-hour window. I'll definitely hesitate to buy Sears products in the future because of this.

Technician was very friendly and professional. He called me 1st thing on the morning of scheduled service to inquire about issues and give me an approximate ETA. He arrived and did his diagnostics on dryer. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. He made some recommendations on how to make dryer more efficient and helped clean excess lint buildup in and around unit. Checked washer and did an effective PM on the unit. It was a seamless visit with both appliances running well. Mike was the typical Sears service technician which is why I have had them servicing my appliance for 30+ years and counting.
