Amazing, thorough and professional job
Curtis came on time and quickly got to work. He worked through a tough job and explained everything afterwards. I can't think anyone more professional in conduct thank him. He even stated late to work on maintenance job for other appliance. Sears give him the highest accolades

He arrived timely was friendly and helpful Later after he left , I found out he was also scheduled for preventative maintenence on my dryer but did not do that ... Somehow the computer said the dryer was done and no one will help me get that overridden so I can have my 1 free yearly maintenence on my dryer . I spoke to 3 diff depts at "Sears " and got nowhere They say if I set up appt I will have to pay since it will say this is the second appt . Ridiculous!!!! But typical !

Gary provided superb professional service completing preventive maintenance on three appliances. Service was thorough, completely in-depth, and concise. He took extra effort to ensure appliance fittings were secure. He fixed vent duct attachment to ensure correct and safe operation. He is very knowledgeable on all appliances, courteous, and keeper is informed of the status of his checks and the condition of the appliances. It was a pleasure working with him. Top notch!
