Robert was the best service person I have ever had from Sears Home Services. He was right on time, very professional, and understood precisely what needed to be done to complete the repair of my Kenmore Elite Refrigerator/Freezer. Once the missing part is received, next week, I will need to schedule a new appointment with Sears Home Services. to install it. I really hope it can be Robert!!!
