Abdul was able to arrive ahead of the actual service time & that was convenient for me. I showed him the problem with my dryer, he looked & listened to it, he was able to explain what the problem was & what it would cost to fix it. I had a few questions about the dryer & he was able to answer my questions & offer suggestions about the care of the dryer. He was professional and kind which goes a long way in my opinion! This positive experience would make me call Sears Home Service again! Thank you Abdul.
