Jesus is the best Sears Home Services tech we have ever had. We have had a Sears Master Service Protection Agreement since 2007, and of all the techs that have serviced our appliances (washer, dryer, dishwasher, freezer, fridge), Jesus is by far the most proficient, knowledgeable and skilled. He knew all the inner workings and parts requirements of every appliance and explained every detail with friendliness and professionalism.

Friendly Technician who was very courteous, knowledgeable, and in and out quickly. The only concern is that the Technician found an issue with Freon level and while having Freon with him, states we must schedule that through a service call which to me, makes no sense. We are beginning to question the contract we signed up for.

Ken has performed repairs and preventive maintenance on both our dishwasher and refrigerator the last several years. We had a frost issue on the freezer one time and Ken replaced the seal and it has worked perfectly since then. Really appreciate how knowledgeable he is and he doesn't mind answering all my questions. Thanks, Ken!
