Excellent service by Amado
Amado called to let us know he had arrived, gave us a very quick estimate for our squealing dryer which we accepted, and went to work immediately. We have had other service people (from Sears) who have clearly wanted to give the estimate "expensive", collect the service charge, and leave without working on our appliance. Amado obviously was prepared to fix the problem. He was professional and clearly knowledgeable and very efficient. It was a great pleasure to meet Amado. He explained what he was doing and then gave excellent advice for maintenance of the washer after he had checked it out. Dryer works great! Thank you for 19 years of Sears service - great record.
