However, we were not given a specific arrival time (it was "8am=5pm"), meant that we were stuck at home until the technician arrived. That is not convenient for us.

Bryan arrived as scheduled; relayed what work he was to perform. Checked refrigerator, cleaned coils. Checked stove for leaks, damage. Could not find any issues, using gas sniffer. Shut off valve; suggested I contact gas company for leak that may be in the wall. Very professional, courteous.

Tom cleaned the refrigerator coils, checked the temperature in the freezer and refrigerator, reset the controls on temperature, and explained how to improve consistent temperature by better organizing the items inside. Found his advice very helpful.
