Anthony arrived at the quoted time, had the necessary tools (vacuum, drill, worklight), willingly answered my questions, was polite,and speedily replaced the nonfunctioning part. And... in just a half-hour! Out the door just 30 minutes after he started. BTW, his lifting the Maytag washer and placing it against the back wall so he could work on it was worthy of Weight Class Olympics! You have an excellent Sears tech in Anthony. His mother would be proud! I hope you appreciate him $-wise!

I had a problem with a washer machine and had Sears Home Services come to look at the unit. after doing diagnostics, the technician gave us the recommended path to fix it along with a cost estimate. After an honest dialog of what we were experiencing with the unit and his honest diagnostics and information that help us decide it was time to get a new washer. We were pleased with the outcome and learned to be more selective with our home washers and power connection setup for future units.
