Thomas is a great employee for any company. He is extremely curtious and polite, Gets right to the job and explains things. Your scheduling team on the other hand needs help. You sent Tim to our home 4 or 5 times for warranty work on 9 appliances. When Sears was still around they did them all in one visit. This saves your company a tremendous amount of money. We are one hour away from Bangor. You are wasting time ,money, gas, wear and tear on your vehicles. When I scheduled my appointment it was for ONE appointment on ONE day. If you do not live in this area you do not realize how far away we are from everything and down dirt roads. Please teach your scheduling team not to change things at their whim. It took TWO weeks to complete the service calls. I will NOT take this amount of time off again.
