Tyler came to replace a motor in our fridge and we were lucky enough to have him return the next day for preventive maintenance on our range. The first thing he asked was if the fridge was working which, we found, was not. He did a quick temp check and found that the fridge temp was not cooling and we needed to schedule a "recall" appointment. Tyler was very professional and explained what the likely culprit could be for the fridge not cooling. I appreciate that he asked about the prior service call to make sure everything was okay before moving on to the next task.

Francisco came to our home today to "repair" our washing machine, and complete an annual maintenance on our dryer and range. He was very professional and personable, and was able to identify the problem with our leaking washing machine, right away! He told us that the leak is a very frequent problem with washing machines, and that he can order the part for us, and It will probably arrive in less than a week. Francisco was very thorough in checking our range and dryer, and was able to adjust a glitsh on one of the burners on our stove just by playing with it-a true miracle worker!
