Thorough and Prompt
Jebadiah was prompt and thorough. He is much better than the Sears warranty plan because it is very difficult toget an appointment. Indeed after another technician broke our washing machine we had to purchase a new machine. It is sad that Sears is a failing business because we have had its appliance warranty service for at least 30 years. We are looking to get a new appliance warranty plan from a company other than Sears.
