Michael was knowledgeable and personable. He provided good information regarding preventative measures in the future in terms of keeping things running smoothly for my washer and dryer The only concern have at this moment has to do with my need for a receipt and the lack therein. I thought one would be emailed to me following the completion of payment but have not received one. Also, I noticed my last name was misspelled and even though I attempted to correct it, it is still showing incorrectly.
