The estimated repair cost for our old GE washer was too high for me to consider it but Erick made some adjustments to keep it working for the time being until we could buy a new one. He was most helpful in explaining what was going on and how to prevent the issue in the future. He also serviced our old Whirlpool drier so we can get some more service out of it before having to replace it. We are satisfied with the the service and the professionalism of the technician.
