I called you to fix my next dooe neighbor';s washing machine,. you asked me at the time, if I would like the technician to inspect the dryer, while he was there. After at least 6 texts, I was told the dryer tech would let me know when he was in the vicinity. i also received 6 texts telling me the washer technician would let me know when he was in the vicinity. My window for both appointments was between 8 and 5 Which I find rather constraining. Yes, Neal, the dryer tech came around 10.am on August 23rd, while John came to fix the washer around 1 p.m that very same day. When asked, they said they each can fix both appliances. Something is very wrong with your scheduling department. please review my charges and refund my overpayment for this appliance fiasco. Thank you.
