Your serviceman, David, was on time, very cordial, and knowledgeable about our problem. He cleaned the coil and said that now the cooling would work as necessary. He then helped to move the refrigerator back to its proper location, which was a problem because previously the linoleum had been torn and was causing the wheel from turning.
