Mohammed and Keith arrived at the same time. I asked if they had trained together and Mohammed let me know that Keith trained him. I could hear Keith explaining how to conduct the diagnostic test and was thankful that Keith was there to walk Mohammed through. Keith also did a great job on my dryer.
