The tech came in with a lead tech and both of them diagnosed and repaired my washer. They also took the time to check over the dryer as it also had a problem. The price was excellent given that parts and labor were involved. The two were very friendly, knowledgeable and answered questions about my machines willingly. It was a very good experience.
