Ivan is very professional and knowledgeable about the work he performs. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my washer and got it running again. He also performed work on my dryer; cleaned everything from the inside out and verified parts were in working order.

It took five appointments to actually have a tech show up to look at my range. Two of the appointments were rescheduled for the next day at 4:55 pm (5 mins before scheduled time was up) via email without my consent, but when I rescheduled them for when I could be home, no joy again. The original date, July 24,was when I had all of my appliances scheduled; everything was looked at except my range. August 9, 16, 17 were also no-shows for a range tech. Finally on 8/28 got Anthony. I am NOT renewing my Master Protection Agreement, after having it since at least 1999.
