Teddy. He did a great job. He took the time to test the dryer and various components. He also took the time to explain what he was doing, and the results that he found I would be happy to work with Teddy again.

Bryan, the Tech did a great job. As to the outsourced people who take the calls, they medded up big time. Incorrect name and address given on several of the orders, incorrect phone number, and a deleted phone nu,mber that I have changed updated several times, and it was still incorrect. Luckily Bryan remembered the location from previous inspections.
