Keith was super friendly, had loads of experience and was very respectful to our property. He explained the process and gave us option with the repair of our washing machine, was in no way pushy with any of the options he gave. He did a great job with cleaning my dryer as well and it runs like new now. Very thankful Keith was assigned to this job.
