Nathan was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. He showed me what he was doing and when he went to look at the filter he showed me how much dirt was in the rack of the filter. My filter was changed 2 months ago but it looked like it was never changed. He explained to me that even after having the ducts cleaned that debris still falls as the air started running again. I was never told that by the company that provided the service. He cleaned everything very well & let me know that everything else was good & ready for winter.
