Junny came to check out two of my appliances (stove top and dishwasher). He went straight to work identifying the problem with the stove and determined what was needed for repair. He scheduled a second appt later this month after he/Sears worker can secure the part needed for the repair. He then checked, cleaned, and made adjustments to my dishwasher so it works better. He showed me what was the problem and what I need to do to prevent future problems. He also cleaned up the rubbish that accumulated below the washer including vacuuming the area. He was thorough, patient, and willing to explain things carefully to me so I can prevent more problems in the future. He left my kitchen clean and clear of debris....I appreciated that! I always rely on Sears Repair Service for my various needs. Thank you!
