Sergio called first like he said he would. He was very courteous and friendly. He told me what he had done and said my washer and dryer were good to go! I would have him come again!

Beside that I had an appointment an no one showed up twice. I had to call sears and then I had to call AHS so they can contact sears because no one was showing up on the appointments. Finally sears assigned Roger and he was very helpful and professional. Because of Roger I might do business again with sears.

Abdul performed the yearly maintenance check on my mothers Kenmore Elite appliances and did an excellent job including a Thorough cleaning of the dryer and Other appliances. She was very pleased with the service and hopes to have him scheduled again the next time she needs service thank You!
