Washer / Dryer Service
Steve was very professional, explained things fully, and was clearly knowledgeable about what we needed. I continue to lean on Sears Home Services for the upkeep of our appliances.

The technician was so nice and patient. We are seniors and he gave us all his attention until we understood what we needed to do. He checked out our dishwasher and it was dirty underneath. We both have knee replacements and it is very hard to get down to clean. Our tech got down and cleaned underneath the dishwasher for us. Things like that are so important to seniors. He knew exactly what was wrong with our fridge and explained why the ice was freezing where it is supposed to come out and that we needed a new ice maker. I would definitely recommend Sears home repair to everyone. Our tech was very knowledgeable and put our minds at ease to having Sears repair our fridge.

Marcos called ahead of time and advised me that he was his way . He came and introduced himself. He asked what was the problem with the range. I showed him where the problem was and what it was doing when we lowered the heat. He immediately moved the range and opened up the back panel. After several minutes he advised us where the problem was . He checked for availability of the part and the cost to replace it. I advised him to order the part .He was very courteous and very professional at all times.
