Charles went above and beyond! He was extremely patient with the many questions I had after his diagnostics on my poor old refrigerator. I felt he was quite honest and trustworthy in his communication with me. He also completed the dishwasher check up and thank goodness, everything was fine. I told him my hot water stopped working at the kitchen sink. Since he was checking the dishwasher, he looked under the sink and found that the hot water valve had somehow been turned off and he turned the valve on and my hot water issue was gone. I was able to immediately cancelled the plumbing appointment that was to happen in the next couple of hours. So, Charles saved me a plumbing call!!!!! Thanks, again, Charles
