Leroy worked hard to try to fix the problem with my dryer. He thoroughly explained the attempts tried to repair it and the procedure for ordering the parts. He scheduled a return appointment at the end of the month in hopes that parts are available. He also checked our washing machine. I look forward to seeing him when he comes to install the parts for the dryer.

Erick was efficient and answered questions readily. The drawback to the service is the large window given for the tech to arrive: 9 hours is way too much. The change in the policy to now include deductibles and depreciation renders it less useful than previously.
