Wayne C was awesome! He kept me informed all throughout the repair process. I had to have someone house sit for me as I had to be at another appointment and Wayne communicated with me from the time he was in route, to the time he arrived and began looking at my washing machine. Thankfully the issue was simply my water was not turned up high enough and Wayne was very honest with me about that being the issue. I would definitely recommend him.
