James was polite and friendly. He worked quickly. I only wish is that when I scheduled a preventive maintenance for both the washer and dryer, that they would have been done the same day. That is not the fault of James. It's the fault of a non-human phone scheduler. What a waste of my time. I am not happy with Sears.
