Great service
Robert did a great job with our dyer. He was informative, walking me through what he was doing and why. He was very kind, and respectful. Happy to have him service our appliances in the future.

He is the best repair man we've ever had. He checks all the boxes for skill, knowledge, dependability, and advice. He was not pushy at all and explained how the dryer needed cleaning. So we did that for a few. I recommend him totally and will request him if I have another problem with the washer or dryer.

Shaquon did a great job, working quickly and efficiently. He checked the temperature on our refrigerator and chest freezer, and ran test cycles on the washing machine and dryer. He explained what he was doing and the results, even though the appliances were all working properly. I'm very glad I have service contracts with preventive maintenance.
