Ice dispenser repair
Michael was very efficient and polite. Unfortunately they supplied him with th incorrect part to fix the icemaker but he did clean the dishwasher and will return next week to do the ice dispenser

Rodney was very professional, courtesy, and timely. He called prior to arrival to provide an ETA, which was appreciated. Upon arrival he introduced himself then went straight to work. He provided an update after diagnosis of the problem. Shared the details and cost of the repair. Once accepted He started the job and completed it, cleaned up, then showed me the finished product.
