Maintenance on appliances
After 2 cancellations from Sears for a maintenance check on appliances Sears showed up during the designated time frame. We received a phone call 30 minutes before arrival. The appointment went smoothly. The technician was very professional. He knew his role well & carried out a through check of the appliance We were pleased.

Ray came early in the afternoon. He cleaned and took care of each one of the appliances and told me what was good and bad about them. He made sure that the right phone number was put into the system and other things that applied to my appliances, especially my washer and dryer and dishwasher. I appreciate his help and the information that he gave me.
