I had it scheduled from 1:00-5 but the receptionist did not relay that to him so he was here at 9. He was kind enough to clean the dryer first and then come back at the end of the day. I had doctor appointments in the morning. I also could not understand the person who scheduled the appointment so I refused the home warranty because of that. The tech is trying to reset it up with the home office since I do want it to save $150 in my repairs today!
