William Was in able to perform the maintenance as appt for my 3 appliances was scheduled for 9-26-24 and I received a text that it was rescheduled for 10/2, then moved to 10/8 I tried to reschedule without success. William was helpful as he told me what I needed to do . Your artificial intelligence does not work worth a flip.
