The two repair men were good. They knew what they were dong - the entire office staff, parts dept. scheduling dept, "overseas telephone contacts,"and whoever mans the 20 plus e-mails and the Sears Service number that comes across the phone as SPAM (which I and other customers do not answer to or pay attention to ) ALL NEED TO GO! THE PERSON IN CHARGE NEEDS TO GO! GET SOMEONE WHO CAN REORGANIZE TO RUN THE REPAIR DIVISION THE WAY A BUSINESS SHOULD BE RUN.
