The technician did a very good job. He was friendly and very thorough. Made sure everything was in good operating order. The appointment was for 1-5 pm. However, at about 9:15 am I got an email that the tech was on his was. We were about to go out and no one would have been home when the technician came. Not the technician's fault, but the appointment times should not be changed without checking with the customer first.

Sergii was very knowledgeable and quick to isolate the problem with my cooktop, the control board. he ordered a new one to arrive in about a week. Reasonable parts and labor. I signed up for the annual home warranty for all my appliances. Nice to have someone to call who came come the NEXT DAY!!
