Where the protection plan and the technician service is good it is over shadowed with the worst possible texting and communication system of any company we have ever experienced. The text messages are excessive, but the worst part is actually reaching a real person or even trying to do ANY action with the automated system. Tracking do not go to tracking, scheduling does not go to scheduling, updating phone number is not possible. the automated system also refers you to the web site which has the same broken links for appoints and does not any update for policy phone number. It's great your scored on the service side, but we are so frustrated with the technology and communication part I am tempted to cancel plan. What good is a plan you cant use!
