Waiting all day for "Jason"; who was a figment of our collective imaginations... CELL phone said he was "ANHOUR AWAY"! but from where.... a Mystery! Never called; I waited all day; recalled Sears; (which was NOT easy or fun) Lost a day; and procured the phone number for THE RETURN OF MY MONEY! BAD, BAD TECHNICIAN RESPONSE. Thankfully, Andy, a professional, was able to fill in for the no where "Jason" and did a fine job of servicing my Sears Refigerator. Sears needs to handle "no shows"! Black eye for your service dept.

Bronell did a great job performing annual maintenance on our 2017 Maytag washing machine. He explained every step he was performing as well as the results of each "procedure". He ensured our slightly off-balance washer was perfectly balanced. We hope to him back for next year's maintenance appointment!

I'm so glad I called sears when my washer stopped working and even better when they send Victor. Very knowledgeable and detail oriented . The previous technicians who came never cleaned the dryer,this was the first time I see a tech taking the machine apart and cleaning the dryer of all the lint. Thank you Victor , appreciate your dedication to providing the best service for your clients . I request Sears to send only Victor to my house for yearly service . Thank you.
