I appreciate how Bernard called prior to my appointment to give me an ETA for his arrival to my home. When here, he was respectful of my property, took off his shoes, and was gentle with my appliances. He was here for maintenance work, not a repair, but he gave me a no-pressure offer of the Sears appliance warranty and explained its value. All in all, great friendly, service.
