THIS WAS THE 4 FORTH APPOINTMENT IST ONE CANCELED BY YU AT 9AM ONJ THE DAY. SECOND YOU RESCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT FROM FRIDAY BACK TUESDAY. no show, NO CALL NO MESSAGE. RE SET FROM Friday. CANCELLED AFTER 8:30AM ON FRIDAY> I RESCHEDULED FOR THE 4 TIME FOR TODAY. I ALSO FUND THE CHAT AND EXPRESSED MY DISPLEASURE. THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD PUT A PRIORITY ON THIS CALL. YOUR PHONE SYSTEM SUCKS AS BAD AS YOUR SERVICE. SURPRISE. ALL YOU GET IS A BOT THAT WANTS TO CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT, OR RESCHEDULE, AND DISCONNECTS, NO MATER WHICH EXTENSION I ASKED FOR. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED AT HOW BAD YOUR SERVICE IS. I AM SORRY I RENEWED THIS YEAR!

David was very nice and, after putting the washer and dryer through their diagnostic cycles, found them to be in very good condition. He did, however, discover that very deep in the dryer lint tray there was an overabundance of lint, which he vacuumed out. We're very appreciative.
