Mark was a very courteous and efficient technician. During the scheduling, I was asked what the problem was. I told the person that the valve on the stove seemed not to be working properly. Mark diagnosed that the valve is faulty. Mark had NOT been given a replacement valve to install prior to his visit. Now I must pay for another visit that could have easily been avoided. I am unhappy that I don't have a stove that works and I have to take a 4th day off of work to have it repaired. If I replace this stove, it won't be with a Kenmore.
