Mark G was professional and polite. He did a thorough job on a preventive check of our washer. Great job, Mark! He was patient with us when we were trying to contact the call center. We had originally scheduled PM on our washer AND dryer. We got a text in the morning asking if we wanted to move our service to today. Sure!! Get them both done sooner! Except that only the washer PM was moved up 2 days. Mark, understandably, needed an "order" or call from dispatch to perform the PM on our dryer as well. Made a call to the Call Center, couldn't help, asked for a supervisor - he finally gave us the # for dispatch. Called dispatch...."Due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot answer your call, call back later". 😒 So, long story longer, we will have another tech come back another day to complete the dryer PM, rather than having it done during one service call.
