Albert was very good and professional. However, I originally received a text saying the tech would be here around 9:30. Then 1:08 then around 2:50 then Albert got here at 5:05... It was frustrating since I had to stay home all day when I originally signed up for the service to be done between 8:00 and 12:00.

Apart from some initial confusion regarding the price, Juan was able to use the discount code to adjust the price to match the email offer we used to book our appointment. Juan was personable and thorough. Will recommend him and Sears to anyone in need of this type of service.
