Communication leading up to my appointment was great! Ivan C was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to discuss my problems and possible upcoming issues as well as recommended home maintenance to lengthen the life of my very old washer/dryer combo. Highly recommend.

Romany very patient and understanding because a technician was scheduled to come last week but at 5 o'clock I got a text that it was rescheduled. I change the appointment to 17th and on the 10th at 7:05 a.m. I got a text stating the technician would be there at 11:15. I drove out it took an hour and a half travel time only to find out that it was rescheduled to 4 o'clock, I had prior engagement and I needed to leave. I canceled the appointment and Romany never got the cancellation and showed up when he called me to say he was there, I had to get a neighbor to come, and he patiently waited for my friend to come to open the door for him. It's terrible that I was not able to talk to a live person each time I called, the automated system is terrible because when you need to talk to someone, they are not available. I would definitely recommend Romany

I tried to fix my dishwasher myself. After several hours it still didn't work. No choice, had to call Sears repair. Long story short, I inadvertently turned off one of the water valves. All Manuel had to do was to turn the valve back on. He could have easily told me something was broken to make more money. I would not have known the difference. So honest. So appreciative of him. Then he dusted the back of my refrigerator and checked whatever he checks. He even cleaned the wall behind. He said he was going to clean the floor under. I told him I would take care of it.
