Karl was very professional and courteous.He explained what his role is as a maintenance visit. I was misinformed before by someone when I signed up for the warranty. Anyway. I will need to make an appointment for a repair. Karl told me that he was making a note on this visit about what we need - a rubber boot and the pump filter.
