Yearly maintenance on my 17 y/o dw. Forrest was polite, neat, friendly, and respectful. He took the time to explain how to clean the inside and gave me some good tips on the maintenance of an older appliance. I couldn't be more pleased with Forrest and the whole Sears experience. Do yourself a favor and purchase the agreement! So worth it!!

Christopher did a annual maintenance service for my stackable washer/dryer, refrigerator, range/stove, and dishwasher. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I had some questions that he answered for me. I was very pleased with his service. He represented Sears well.
