Corey is a friendly & knowledgeable tech. Not only did he fix our ice maker on the same day we called for service, but he found and fixed a totally unrelated problem (condenser that badly needed cleaning). I am happy with this repair and if I ever need to call again for a repair, I hope I can get Corey back.
