Victor was great! He kept us updated as to what his schedule was going to look like for the day and he called to let us know when he was on his way. He did a very thorough job on both our washing machine and our dryer. We had been experiencing a loud noise on our dryer and once he was done the dryer wasn't nearly as noisy - win-win!!
