I contacted Sears Home Services because my dryer wouldn't stay on. Both my washer and dryer are 15 years old. I've never had a problem with them.😃 I was relieved when I was able to make an appointment for a service technician to check out my dryer within 24 hours, especially since I was trying to do my laundry when the problem started. Ben, the service technician, arrived within the arranged time. He got to work immediately accessing the problem, attempting repair and offering solutions. He was very courteous and professional. He communicated my options clearly and concisely. A follow up appointment is scheduled. I am satisfied with the quality of service I received.
